"It was overall a good experience. Would liked to have known ahead of time they were do construction but, it was not near the rooms. It was overly crowded and unless you are staying at the W, you will need to be at the pool when it opens to get a chair. Lazy river is not a lazy river! The kids do not use floaties and monopolize it like a pool. I feel anyone in the lazy river should be on a floating devise and not running around like crazy. Was not relaxing at all. They only have 1 pump to pump floaties up with so bring your own."
