"The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly, and the rooms were decent overall. That said, I remember what this place used to be—it was once the most pristine and top-tier hotel in town. Over the years, the renovations have unfortunately taken away some of that original charm and elevated feel. The bed wasn’t the most comfortable, but I did appreciate the rain shower head as a nice touch. I would stay here again, but it wouldn’t fall within my top five choices in the area."

"The bathroom floor hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned. The upholstery on the couch was dirty. When we arrived Saturday evening there was a pile of dirty towels in the hallway, they were still there the next morning. We will not stay at this property again. "
