« Super cute unit that has new, modern decor and fixtures in every room. It is also super clean. Beds are very comfortable and have high quality linens. While the unit doesn’t have central air conditioning, the AC unit worked great and kept us cool even during the hot, humid days. Kitchen had all we needed for our stay. « I think a lot of the negative reviews are unwarranted. It was clean and had plenty of room for the 6 of us (plus dogs). The house is old and you need to use the window AC units, but it was fine and stayed cool all day. The prices are 1/2 that of other properties in the area. The house is a few minutes away from the beach. It is a duplex, but we never had an issue with the neighbors. The only bathroom is on the top level and up a flight of steep steps. It may not good for elderly people or people...

« View and location are great to the beach and short walk to downtown. Owners have definitely made upgrades and improvements. We enjoyed the space and amenities (beach chairs and full kitchen). Pool looked nice. Owner has detailed instructions and checks in. Check in and access are easy. »

« I love this condo....wonderful proximity to lake, pool. Met some fun neighbors.We did have very noisy people upstairs who stomped their way through the evenings and slammed doors...out next door neighbor could hear them too. If only people would be considerate! »
