"Amazing hotel we have used one like this before and so good to be able to cook and have a fridge room size amazing bathroom so good and all so clean and very good staff on arrival would recommend to all to use this hotel so close to team and a big supermarket that you can get everything from fresh frozen and cooked food and even eat there as well "

"This is a very new place, everything is nice and new and clean! Martina was very nice and helpful, she stayed late to let us in This is a hotel with a 3 bedroom suite. Great common space and kitchen. I am thinking because it is new it is missing a few things in the kitchen such as a coffee maker (although there is a machine available all day with many choices of flavors) a toaster, glasses, bowls. It listed a microwave but there is not a microwave. The bedrooms are nice, big size difference...

"The hotel had just opened up so everything was very clean and new. We had 2 main issues during our stay. The first was our bathroom. Our sink was leaking so parts of our floor and towels were wet. When we spoke to someone at reception, she told us that she would send us new towels, which was helpful. The shower also doesn't drain very well so the floors were constantly wet. "Neighbourhood was great with proximity to forest paths, river and the famous Titisee and Schluchsee. The "detached quiet cottage for 4" left a lot to be desired. Transparency on costs per night: apparently price on Vrbo is for 2 persons, with each additional person at 15.80USD per night on my booking. Cleanliness: Living room sofa was full of hair from a previous occupant. The bed in the childrens room had traces of confetti or sweets from a previous occupant. Communication: Nothing...
