"Everything we needed was available. The place was super nice and the garden lovely private. We had a great time walking and biking . Visiting towns and castle ruins. Love the " felsen" tracks and paths. Beautiful Falzer wald. I would love to come again."

"Wir waren bereits das zweite Mal in dem schönen Häuschen von Frau Schumacher. Das Häuschen ist sehr gut ausgestattet und es fehlt an nichts. Auch die Terrasse mit Grill ist für uns ein Highlight. Die Lage ist optimal zum Wandern und in absoluter Ruhe zu entspannen. Der persönliche Empfang durch Frau Schumacher war immer äußerst herzlich. Vielen Dank für die schönen Tage "

"I loved this Loft. It has to be one of the best place I have ever stayed and felt at home. It is very nice inside as it is shown in the advertisement and even more beautiful when you are there. I was hoping to rent it for the whole time I will be in Germany but I couldn’t. I would recommend this to anyone I know that is visiting Germany and who would be in the area of Neustadt An Der Weinstr. "Ruhig, gut ausgestattet und gemütlich. Das Ferienhaus liegt in einem Feriendorf umgeben von Natur. Ruhiges Ausschlafen dort inklusive.Die zwei Bäder, u. a. mit einer Wanne, sind gerade mit einem Kleinkind echt klasse.Die Ausstattung der Küche und des Hauses als solches sind hervorrangend. Einzig die Treppen sind recht steil, aber auch die sind überall kindersicherbar.Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend.Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen."

"The property and area are as described in listing. If you have any mobility issues note that the stairs leading into unit are steep and the stair case to the loft area is pretty treacherous (although kids would love that space and probably be fine with the stairs). Otherwise the property was perfect for us. We took a bike ride, used the pool, very relaxing.We did have a problem with GoogleMaps taking us to the same address in a different town; the host tried to assist us over the phone but the language barrier was an issue. Not the host fault but just beware of Google Maps. "

"Lovely accommodation food really good and great choice of breakfast. The only fault we had is with parking, after having driven 7 hours we found nowhere to park. We had to park on pavement across road, don't rely on parking being available. I think the great location and setting meant other non residents used the hotel parking."

"We booked a double room and had a single duvet and one pillow. There was no control for the TV and nobody to ask for one. There was no internet for the duration of our stay. We could not check out as there was no person on duty at 9-15am despite reception supposedly available until 11.00 am. We had to leave our room key on the letter box. Could not recommend this hotel."

I wouldn't hesitate to stay again or recommend. The hotel Kunz offers exceptional value for money and easy parking which is always welcome especially as i was in a large van."

"After 1300hrs on a Sunday, check-in is bua a machine in a lobby off the car park, I met staff who were on their wst out and they were helpful and friendly. The room was comfortable, clean but basic.
