Beautiful place
This was my 2nd stay there. Its picturesque. Bald eagles, deer, waterfalls up stream. Sitting bye the river is amazing. Its so peaceful there. Property owner's communication is great. Easy to get ahold of and responds quickly threw the app or phone. Had a wonderful time. Will be booking again once I recover from shoulder surgery. I love it there.

Love the cabin... The area the river... Peacefully really enjoy the cabin... Communication with the host perfect.... The only thing shades on the door for night privacy and curtains on picture window and bathroom just for night time overall perfect

My best friend and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this perfect little cabin! Pick up some firewood and kickback - enjoy the fire pit outside and listen to the river - you have a front row view! Or if it is raining - enjoy the sound on the roof while you warm up by the fireplace. Oh - best sheets ever!!!!

Amazing Getaway!
We absolutely loved our stay at this cozy cabin. We were lucky enough to arrive after a snow storm and it was beautiful! The cabin was just what we were looking for....a quiet place to "get away from it all". The fireplace was wonderful and we had everything we would need. The view was beautiful and we look forward to going back without the snow so we can explore the property grounds. A fun surprise was hearing about the history of the property. Make sure to check out the binder with information on the history as well as dining options nearby. Highly recommend!

Snowy Riverside
Spent the President Day weekend with my wife at the Cabin. Fantastic! Just enough snow to make it wbite, with a little more addedbon Saturday. Fireplace fire made the cabin cozy and warm. The icicles along the river were a nice touch. Adam & Lacy were a pleasure to deal with. Excellent overall experience.

Riverside Paradise
Our original time to stay here was over Christmas, but we both unfortunately contracted the virus-that-shall-not-be-named. Our hosts were very understanding and allowed us to reschedule. We finally got to come to this gorgeous location a few weeks later, and we were blown away by everything about it. The photos do not do the view justice. The view of the river is absolutely breathtaking, and the cabin actually sits much higher on the hillside than it looks in the photos. You are looking down on the wild, untamed Lehigh River from high above, in this quaint mountainside cabin for two. The fireplace and rustic design was exactly what we were looking for in our Winter getaway. The fireplace takes a little while to get going, but once there is a good bed of coals, it keeps the cabin warm very easily. For situations where a tenant might not want a fire, there are built-in electric heaters throughout. The living room chairs are exquisitely designed from horn and hide, and are like nothing I've ever seen before. The lamps are made from hide and tree trunks, and the coffee table is a work of art. We spent our days hiking through Natural Lands Bear Creek Preserve. We are big NatLands fans, so we were very happy to be so close to one of their tracts of land. We will definitely be back. We love this place! Don't tell anyone about it!

Relaxing weekend
We had such a cozy and relaxing time! The cabin is so cute and had an amazing view of the water. It was even better than the pictures. Our two dogs enjoyed it as well. There was a good amount of snow so we spent the time in front of the fireplace, playing games, having a few drinks and walking the dogs around a little.

GREAT cabin
Beautiful, comfortable and peaceful location right next to the river. We absolutely loved how private it was, and that our cat could come along. Climate control was fast acting, the shower was nice and hot, and the kitchenette had all we needed, plus the largest mini fridge we have ever seen! The outdoor firepit was a favorite part.

Nice little cabin by the Lehigh
The cabin was pretty much as described. All the heaters kept the cabin cozy and there was a nice stack of firewood for us to use. The cabin is pretty secluded, but it is not the only one on the property. We were the only ones staying in any of the cabins this weekend, so that made it extra special. The towels and blankets were high quality and plush. Even if there were others staying in the other cabins, it would still be a marvelous place to relax and unwind. It is still very private. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip!

At first when you pull in we didn’t expect the cabin to be so close to a few other buildings, the owners home. However it was so cozy and cute! We loved the peacefulness of being on the river! It was the perfect size and gateway! Absolutely stunning views and defiantly worth taking the hike to the back of the property with the picnic table!

Piece of Paradise
I can’t say enough about this cabin. It’s quite, beautiful and a much needed rest from our everyday lives. The falls cannot be described. Lacy is very responsive to all of our needs via text. They offer many services such as wood delivery, food and drink delivery and anything else you may need. We love it here and will return. Also, a thank you to Adam for getting the game on the tv.

Lovely little cabin
We loved being right on the water and the cabin was cute and welcoming. Host was nice and friendly. We spent a week and everything was great. The only thing that wasn’t to our liking was the bed but as that is a preference (seems suited to back sleepers as it is very stiff) we just went out and got a 2 inch gel pad which remedied this for us. We would love to stay again especially in other seasons.

Cozy cabin with a view
This spot was perfectly picturesque. It was cozy and quaint. Close to grocery stores, hiking trails and even Lake Harmony. I loved making a fire and sitting outside overlooking the river. So beautiful and peaceful. When it comes to cooking, prepare like you're going camping and just use the grill outside. I made great meals on that grill!

honeymoon Getaway
Sand I wanted to have a little getaway weekend following a few hectic months preparing for our wedding. Rather than enduring all the hardships of camping, we decided to look for a cabin in the woods. This was the perfect spot. It was sweet and cozy with almost all the comforts of home and was situated right on the water bank. It was lovely! and convenient to all of our fun activities. Although some if the star ratings were not high it was because of a little confusion at the start. I do highly recommend this place!

The river and surrounding area is great! We loved roaming around and seeing all of the history in such a small area. The cabin is rustic, cozy, and tucked just far enough away that you feel more secluded than you are! Although not part of the rental, we loved the goats!

Our getaway
Amazing, quiet and peaceful. It is excatly what my boyfriend, dogs and myself needed. Hearing the river run while we were sleeping. Having an awesome fire with the firepit enjoying the outdoors, and also having fun with a small fire with the fireplace. My boyfriend did take our 2 dogs down to the river. My one dog loved it so much, the other one not so much. Our host was very helpful and super kind to us! She answered our texts right away. We will definitely be coming back!

Awesome and cozy little cabin, wish I would’ve been able to get down to the river. The railing on the way down is broken away and there’s a ledge with no way down, still a great quiet setting and we ARE planning to stay again. The “cabin memories” book was a cool little addition!

The perfect peaceful retreat
My husband and I just celebrated our 1st wedding anniversary at the cabin. We stayed here for my birthday back in January and loved it so much, we "had to" come back! It was great to see the property in the spring and warmer weather. We did a lot more exploring this time: trudged down to the water a couple of times, checked out the nearby walking trail, threw a line in for fishing, sat out on the front lawn area and just soaked up the serenity, walked down to the falls (stunning), hung out with the goats, enjoyed fires, naps, reading, peace, and wonderful sleep while hearing nothing but nature. The hosts were INCREDIBLY responsive, helpful, and overly helpful when we had some critter issues and questions. We couldn't have asked for more and we will certainly be back.

The cabin is incredibly cozy and has everything you need. The river is right next to it, along with trees which makes you feel like you’re in a forest. A very pleasant feeling! The only thing is that we had a problem with was finding the cabin in the night. With no lights, it’s hard to spot and the parking is next to another cabin, with a red roof. Then you have to walk a bit to find it. Otherwise, everything was great and we really enjoyed our stay!

Especially in the winter. I reserved this for a much needed getaway for the Christmas holiday. I got to the cabin map picture at night and there was snow on the ground. I couldn’t find the cabin, only a house in a driveway. This persons driveway was where you need to park, then you walk down the stone pathway (50 feet to the house) and that’s where the cabin is. The cabin sits right in front of someone’s house. So there is no privacy like the pictures show. You step outside and you’re looking at another persons home less than 200 feet away. This cabin was extremely dusty and most importantly the faucets did not work. After a 2 hour drive, this was not ideal. I immediately let the owner know, and he got back to me the next morning. I wanted to receive a refund because I couldn’t wait for him to bring water to my vrbo so I drove all the way home the next day. I paid for 2 nights and he said he would reimburse me for AT LEAST one night and he did not. Should be for both since of all this hassle. I don’t have time to reach out daily to get my refund when it was promised. I also have pictures of the many rodents that were under the sink in mouse traps and around the house. Save the headache…

My fiancé and I have stayed here in the past . Very peaceful and quiet getaway. If you are looking to hang by the fire and relax or sit outside by the fire pit and listen to the river running 50 yards away from you this is the cabin.

Simply Charming
I booked this place to celebrate my wife's birthday. The look of the cabin was like something right out of the history books, but updated with modern amenities such as indoor plumbing, heat and wifi. It was the perfect size for the two of us and our 62 lb dog, Lilly. The location was just remote enough to be away from the noise/chaos of every day life, but close enough to anything you may need: groceries, gas, animal care, etc. Even more charming was that the cabin was located right on the Lehigh River. You simply walk out the front door and there it is. And a short walk takes you to a beautiful waterfall. We hope to go back some time in the spring/summer and do a little fishing.
