"The hotel was beautiful and the room was very clean and nice. The television didn’t work properly as almost no stations were available for whatever reason. The restaurant staff, for dinner, was very brusque and bordered on rude when serving us. Our server was friendly until I asked for a glass of ice water. His face looked as though he was thinking, “I’m not getting a tip for water”. At breakfast, all was good except the eggs, which were of the powdered variety and really, really wet. Overall, those things aside, I’d stay there again I just would get meals elsewhere."

"Room was clean and had AC and a fan. Our family of 4 had plenty of space. Tub drained slow but other than that it worked for us. Buskers was convenient. Hotel staff was awesome and schedule multiple taxis, provided directions, and very friendly. Breakfast at Toast was easy and again the staff was great. All in all, we loved being in the center of everything and it made our walking trips ten minutes or less for most places."

"We were in Dublin for a concert at Aviva Stadium. The hotel was super convenient to the venue and there were plenty of pubs and restaurants along the way. The walk always felt safe, even at night. Our room was comfortable and clean and we appreciated the housekeeping staff's efforts to refresh our room with our comings and goings through the day. Visiting from the states, we had an unusual 8am check-in time and the hotel staff was terrific about communication and making that arrangement before our arrival. The delicious breakfast buffet helped with our jet lag. It was awesome that the hotel leaned into the concert by playing the band's tunes out in the garden before the show and even offering post-show libations to concert goers in the downstairs lobby. We enjoyed learning about the history and architecture of the building. The hotel and grounds are beautiful! This was our third visit to Dublin and we wanted to stay in an area with a neighborhood feel; this hotel was perfect. We highly recommend it and will stay again on future visits."
