"I enjoyed staying in this clean, attractive hotel with friendly staff. The coffee/tee maker in my room was malfunctioning and I couldn't use it to get tea. It was after hours so the complimentary set up at the entrance was gone. The desk clerk offered to get some for me from supplies downstairs. Check in and out was speedy. I would stay here again."

"We may have only stayed one night but it was after hours of driving from Alabama and it was perfect. Clean, staff was nice, slept so well we missed breakfast! Haha would definitely stay here again "

"The Hotel Roanoke has always been a favorite for us. The hotel is beautiful, the amenities are great, and there is plenty to do in the immediate area, within walking distance."

"The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The room was quiet and comfortable with a nice view. My only suggestions for improvement are to replace the poly blend sheets for 100 percent cotton for the sake of us menopausal hot flashers, and to have another employee staff the first floor cafe when the sole employee takes their lunch break."
