"Loved the stay here location was beautiful booked sea view. Welcome juice and snack with towel were just what was needed after our journey! The view was gorgeous, room was big a/c great, shower and soaps great. Stocked mini fridge for purchase. Outside balcony chairs sturdy, comfy and private. Pool and pool bar fantastic. I would definitely stay here again"

"We had terrible weather and the beach was closed the whole time we were there but not even that could dampen our spirits as the hotel was fantastic!. We stayed in the Thani wing in an ocean view junior suit. We weren’t on a package but we found each of the food outlets to be reasonable. We travelled with our 7 year old and he absolutely loved. Staff couldn’t have been more helpful - food was amazing - facilities excellent. It was so good we had planned to stay in another hotel in Khao lak for a week after our stay but we stayed only one night and went back to Katathani. Definitely recommend it to others!"

Room was great, unfortunately we were given a top floor room as the lift was out of service until Sept 26 but they helped with luggage so was slightly less annoying. The villa was stunning—private, spacious, and beautifully designed. Waking up each morning to the ocean view and enjoying sunsets from our own pool felt like a dream. The property is immaculately maintained, creating the perfect atmosphere for relaxation and romance. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Every interaction was warm, professional, and genuinely caring. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options, and the resort’s restaurants offered excellent food and unforgettable views. The Shore is the perfect destination for couples looking for a luxurious and peaceful getaway. Between the beautiful beach, amazing service, and incredible scenery, this was truly one of the best resort experiences we’ve ever had. We can’t wait to return."

"I stayed at Navatara Phuket for 26 days and it genuinely became a home away from home. It is a really nice, aesthetic hotel with a clean, traditional design that provides a great environment to relax. The room was very comfortable. Being tall, I appreciate a good-sized bed, and this one was great. Having a balcony was a nice addition, and the provided umbrella was a practical touch. The AC was strong and the shower was excellent—perfect for recovery after training. Housekeeping kept the room spotless and topped up my coffee and water every day. The food is a strong point. There is a nice selection of dishes with good local taste at reasonable prices. They use fresh, clean ingredients, making it easy to find healthy, high-protein options that fit my strict dietary requirements. The staff really stood out. Everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming, especially the ladies at reception. The location is extremely practical. Phuket Muay Thai is just around the corner, which was ideal. There is a 7/11 next door, alongside a fruit stand and an ATM. It is only a 5 to 10-minute walk to Rawai Beach, restaurants, and massage spots. Navatara Phuket delivered an excellent balance of comfort and quiet. It served as the perfect base in Rawai—peaceful enough for genuine physical recovery, yet highly accessible. I highly recommend it for a refined, high-quality stay in Phuket."
