« Absolutely wonderful. If ‘authenticity’ was a hotel, it would be Tamarck Lodge. Nested in the wilderness, it is cosy and beautifully decorated. Expect a little noise as it is an old building (main building) but even the earplugs are provided. staff super hepful and welcoming »

« My partner stayed there at the end of the John Muir Trail. I joined her on the second night Way above expectations for a 115$ night in a motel. The owner is very nice and went above and beyond when we had requests. There is no breakfast mentioned on hotels.com but there is a small breakfast available to grab at the lobby (bagels, coffee,..). The cleanliness is not perfect but good for the price. Rooms are comfy and soacious. I would definitely come back!! »
