Family Home Between the Lake and the Forest – Biscarrosse Lac

Welcome to our vacation home in Biscarrosse Lac, nestled in the heart of a pristine natural setting. Just a few minutes’ walk from the lake, enjoy a peaceful stay with swimming, forest walks… and free access to the Biscarrosse AquaPark, located just 4 km away!



The 77 m² house can accommodate up to 6 people:



• 2 bedrooms with double beds (comfortable bedding)

• 1 bedroom with bunk beds (2 single beds)

Amenities:

• Fully equipped kitchen: oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker (bean-to-cup/percolator), etc.

• Cozy living room to relax after a day at the beach, a walk, or on winter evenings.

• High-performance heating for a comfortable stay in any season

• Decorative fireplace (not functional)



Outdoors & Recreation:



• Large 872 m² garden

• Above-ground pool (open April through September—closed in winter)

• Outdoor furniture & barbecue

• Ping-pong table

• Boules court right nearby

• Direct access to the forest right next door for walking, running, or strolling

• Walking access to the lake

• Free admission to the Biscarrosse AquaPark—open only from early June through mid-September.

♨️ Hot Tub Usage Guidelines

For your safety and to ensure optimal hygiene for all users, please follow these rules.

🧼 Hygiene

You must shower before using the hot tub.

Do not use the hot tub while wearing sunscreen, oil, or cosmetics.

Swimsuits are required.

Do not bring food or drinks into the water.

Children must be accompanied and supervised at all times by an adult.

⚠️ Safety

Recommended usage time: 15 to 20 minutes maximum per session.

The water temperature is high: be careful to avoid dizziness or dehydration.

Use is not recommended for pregnant women or people with heart conditions or other medical issues without consulting a doctor.

Do not use the hot tub while under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Do not jump or dive into the hot tub.

⚠️ Caution – Suction nozzles

At the bottom of the hot tub, in the centre, there are powerful suction nozzles necessary for the system to function.

Be especially careful with children.

Do not submerge your head underwater.

People with long hair should be careful and avoid letting their hair get near the bottom of the hot tub to prevent the risk of being sucked in.

🛠️ Care of the Equipment

Please close the hot tub cover after use.

Do not alter the unit’s technical settings.

You may be charged for any damage or misuse.

❗ Important

The water is regularly tested and treated, but following these rules is essential to ensure the cleanliness and proper functioning of the facility.

Pool Safety:



-Chlorinated pool (regularly maintained).

-The above-ground pool is not suitable for young children: they cannot touch the bottom and must remain under constant adult supervision.

-For safety reasons, diving into the pool is prohibited (insufficient depth)

-Please also remove the ladder after each use to prevent unsupervised access.

-Showering is required before each use (for hygiene and water quality).



For the winter:



Even though the pool and the AquaPark are closed, Biscarrosse remains an ideal destination:



• Long walks by the lake or in the forest, away from the crowds

• A peaceful and relaxing atmosphere

• Perfect for a cozy getaway, quiet remote work, or a nature-filled vacation

• Pétanque courts, forest, bike paths, and outdoor activities available year-round
