"Safe very convenient location to stations, centre and 02 Academy. Mini Tesco and Sainsbury also in walking distance. Had a standard room which was very sufficient, nice biscuits, coffee bags instead of instant and a small fridge. Bathroom had an emergency sanitary kit which saved my life. Rooms well sound proofed. Only thing was some of the furniture was a bit chipped and tired, the desk chair I reported to reception as it was very tatty and torn, hence knocked off one star. "

"Prime location right in the heart of central Birmingham, immediately next to the Museum, across Victoria Square from New Street, the Bullring, & Grand Central, at the edge of the Jewelry District & Gas Street Basin, & minutes from the theaters, the library, & convention center. Friendly staff, clean rooms, hot water. Can’t beat the location!!"

"Had a lovely stay, the Rumi room was beautiful, the bath tub was gorgeous, very deep and extremely relaxing. Plenty of towels and great amenities, bed was really comfortable. The receptionist was lovely, very friendly and helpful. Parking was very easy, in a nice area. Will definitely visit again one day, if prices are right. Thank you"

"Lovely spacious room which is well appointed and furnished tastefully. We did not eat food at the restaurant/ bar on this occasion but would certainly give it a go if we have a need to stay in Birmingham again in the future. Staff were really helpful and friendly and location wise the hotel is a reasonably short walk to venues such as Utilita arena."
