It’s always a pleasure. Check in is fast, efficient and easy and they really do only take payment on arrival if opting for that option. So many places don’t making budgeting or bank rolling business trips difficult. Staff are always friendly and helpful, letting me check in early (when possible) at no extra cost. Location is great. The whole experience was disappointing The apartment looked nothing like the pictures in the website. Instead of the beautiful oak furniture in the website they had cheap and nasty MFC cupboards and glass and chrome dining table. The kitchen looked like it had seen better days. Carpets were well worn. Bathroom was very basic. Wall pictures were pathetic and nothing like those shown on the website. It was dark and dingy. My wife woke up with rashes from bed bugs.
