It was the perfect size for us and was very comfortable. The shed is full of beach toys, including a wagon to carry them to the beach. We had a great time riding bikes around the neighborhood. The only down side would be some road noise but it didn't disrupt our sleep and the view of the ocean was worth it. The elevator is very convenient for bringing up luggage and groceries.
