« I cannot speak to the quality or cleanliness of the property. We were on our way to the property when I received notice of his cancellation. Things happen, but no matter the reason, it put us in a giant bind. The host was difficult to communicate with throughout the booking process so we should have read the cues and stayed away from this property. »
