This was not clearly disclosed at the time of booking, which is unacceptable for guests with allergies. Due to my reaction, we requested to be moved to another room, but were told the hotel was fully booked. With no alternative offered and my health at risk, we had no choice but to check out and find another hotel. This experience was unacceptable, and better transparency about pet-friendly policies is absolutely necessary so guests can make informed decisions. "
