You'll have the entire cabin to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

After the remodel, the home feels like a brand new cabin! The place is ideal for households of up to 8 guests. We have a maximum parking of two vehicles that can park safely in the gated driveway. It comes with many fun amenities: private hot tub in the backyard, fully equipped kitchen, Flat Screen TV, DVD player, surround sound speaker, WiFi, , and an amazing game room! The game room has a pool table, Foosball table, air hockey table, dry bar, and even dart board. The outdoor heaters are not available for guest use.

The kitchen has all essential cooking utensils. All linens and towels are provided. The bedroom downstairs has a bunk bed with two twins, and another bunk bed with a full on the bottom and twin on the top. The first bedroom upstairs has a king bed. The second bedroom upstairs has a bunk bed with two full beds. The cabin is conveniently located just minutes from the National Forest, shops, restaurants, and all of Big Bear's main attractions.

Q: How do we check-in?
A: Detailed instructions on how to check-in are sent in the confirmation email. You are required to follow the check-in instructions provided. The confirmation email has the address of the rental, check-in instructions and any other information pertaining to check-in. Please let us know if you’ll be arriving afterhours.

Q: What time is check-in and check-out?
A: Check-in time is 3pm and check-out time is 10am. During the Christmas and New Year holiday period (Dec 18-Jan3), check-in is at 4pm due to high demand.

Q: Can I bring more than 8 guests?
A: No. The maximum occupancy allowed for this home is 8 guests. The limits are strictly enforced and may not be exceeded at any time during your stay.

Q: Can I bring more than 2 cars?
A: No. The maximum number of vehicles allowed is 2. The limits are strictly enforced and may not be exceeded at any time during your stay.

Q: Are linens and towels provided?
A:Yes. Linens and towels are provided. There are enough towels for 8 guests.

Q: Does the home have Air Conditioning?
A: No. The home does not have Air Conditioning.

Q: Is there a hot tub?
A: Yes. The hot tub is in the backyard. Use of the hot tub is forbidden between the hours of 10pm and 7am. See our Rental Agreement for more details regarding hot tubs.

Q: Do I need chains? Will there be snow during my stay?
A: Always carry chains in your vehicle if your trip falls between November and April. Our guests can check weather and road conditions in real time by clicking on the links in their confirmation email. We can’t accurately predict when there will be snow.

Q: Is the firewood provided?
A: The fireplace is not available for guest use.

Q: Do you provide propane for the BBQ?
A: Yes.

Q: Do I need to take my trash at the end of the stay?
A: Yes. In accordance to City Ordinance all guests must take the trash to a disposal site at the end of the stay. Trash bags and directions to the disposal site are available at the cabin.

Fantastic getaway
Celebrated a family birthday and everyone was thrilled at cabin's good vibes at arrival. Everyone explored the grounds then spent the remainder of the day in game room. The home is equipped with everything one needs, the kitchen is easy to find the dish or gadget needed to cook your dinner. Location is near stores for anything you may have forgotten to bring. We will definitely be returning to continue making great memories year after year.

Fun Big Bear Getaway
The cabin was very cozy. Game room was great! Spent a lot of our time there. Location convenient to the Village. Jacuzzi was a comfortable way to relax. Cleanliness of the property was great! We wanted to use the bbq but propane was too low. It was our last night. Next time we will check that first so we have time to get another. Management was quick to respond, and let us get a late checkout. Overall great experience! Thank you

My family and I stayed at this place for 3 days and we loved it! The game room is so much fun and the jacuzzi is also a very nice addition. The owners of this place are very honest. I forgot one of my bags w my jackets and car keys in it and I had it at my place around a week later. Would recommend!

The photos are deceiving. The living room is tiny. In the photos, it looks like a space where family can hang out. It is not. The furniture is old. The towels and linens are old and dingy. Basically everything is very old and dingy. I expected much more for the price and based on the photos and description. The game room was great-- definitely the selling point of the property. The hot tub was great. The location is not great. It is tucked away-- far from everything. I didn't pay close attention to the location when I booked--- I should have. It was at least a 15-20 minute drive to any store or to the Village. The neighborhood was not great-- no where really scenic to walk by. Overall--- I would give the property a 2 out of 5.

We had a great time at the cabin. When we first saw the we where kinda unsure what the inside would look like. It was beautiful welcoming and very clean. We have 4 older kids so the game room was a hit. They also enjoyed the hot tub. We are definitely going back! Thank you for having us.

Great game room, outdoors spa and layout. Would come back anytime of the year. The outdoor firepit gas key (Red close to gas cylinder) is not working fine and I spent too long trying to make it work and in communication with the agent (slow communication), yes it starts but... the instructions only talk about 2 keys to open and there are 3 plus one is defective that you need to push and turn. Additionally the indoor fireplace was broke due to door window broke, I was not informed about the fault, bough wood logs before arriving as advised, but could not used them, left them for the next customer.

Enjoyable stay
We are working on our own str, everything we could want was here to entertain us. We had a lovely time. Especially liked the hot tub after a long day of work and the pool table. The house was clean and check in went smoothly. Highly recommend.

Awesome Weekend of Fun and Games!
Planned a weekend getaway with a group of friends and we probably spent 80% of our time in the game room. So much fun, we were entertained and the weekend jut flew by! The only negatives, the gas connection to the bbq and fire pit were kind of faulty so hopefully those get cleaned up for whoever stays there next. Also we burned something in the oven and set the smoke alarm off and had some trouble figuring out how to turn it off because we didnt have a password. Other than that we had a really good time, hot tub was nice, house was cozy and the game room didnt disappoint.
