Patio doors lead from the living room onto the balcony - a perfect vantage point for observing passing boats or taking in the breathtaking North Devon sunsets. Both bedrooms, accessed via the hallway, boast far-reaching estuary views. The spacious master bedroom features a king-size bed, a dressing table, a Smart TV, and an en-suite shower room.
