"In one word: amazing!. We booked two nights at Ozen Resort in October. I was a bit anxious when driving there because the accommodation is fairly new and there were limited info online and was not really sure what to expect. I could not have been more positively surprised. The resort is in an incredible location 20 mins from Paro (great paved road to get there), with sweeping views of the mountains and super quiet. "They didn't provide room there saying it's already fully booked. Then they given room in a nearby lodge which is totally sub standard even their tab water is dirty and smelly. They also told that they have no tie up with Expedia and their room tariff was only Rs. 3500 (with breakfast). While Expedia charged Rs. 7800 for the the same. It is totally unfair from Expedia.com side, they should make partial refund for this.."

"Pros - The rooms were extremely spacious and large. The view around the hotel was amazing with the river just along the property. The bathrooms were extraordinarily huge. Cons - the bathroom floors were marbel which during the period of december were almost unbearable to walk on barefoot. Otherwise highly recommend. "

"Hotel is located almost at center of Paro. Easy access, 5-10 mins to airport by car, and you can walk out the gate to downtown streets and innumerable shops in just steps. All the staff are very friendly, striving to accommodate diverse cultural needs and tastes. The hotel is very quiet as it is surrounded by rice paddies, yet in downtown Paro - unique. Onsite dining room and separate bar present beautiful views of Paro valley, national museum, dzong, etc. and serve clean, organic vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes from local and world cuisines. You may also order room service in advance, if wishing to rest and eat in privacy. Jigme, the manager, went above and beyond assisting the group with which I was touring Bhutan, and those of us who stayed on a few days after our tour group dispersed enjoyed every moment. I highly recommend this property for its full service and proximity to many sacred sites, in and around Paro, Bhutan. "
