"Everything in the hotel was excellent. Got personalised hospitality experience from the owner of the property. Every need was taken care of and flexibility in timings for meals was greatly appreciated. No shortcomings in services at all. Never felt we were staying in a commercial hotel, felt as if we were staying at our own home. Will definitely stay here whenever we visit again and strongly recommend to all friends."

"The FOH and bar staff were very pleasant and helpful. However, our room was not ready at 2pm and when we finally checked in at 4pm the bathroom was dirty (the room itself was fine and big). We had to ask the housekeeping to do the bathroom, and while cleaning, they did not replace an empty loo roll. The reason we booked it was its proximity to the airport and it served that purpose. The staff were doing their best in the circumstances, with big groups of unruly tourists arriving by bus."
