Not the usual ibis budget.
The location of this hotel is good, just a few minutes from the centre of town. We have stayed in a lot of Ibis Budgets in different countries whilst backpacking and this was completely different to any of the others in style. The toilet was practically in a cupboard. We also had to entirely make the bunk bed ourselves. The hotel feels tired but was clean.

Stopped over while travelling. Had a good nights sleep. Free breakfast was very basic no ham only cheese, and stail bread and cakes. You only get what you pay for and this was a cheap budget stopover.

The hotel is cheap and cheerful, ideal for families in a very central location. The AC made a noise but didnt work. The staff were very helpful and flexible.

Good, basic, value for money.
Have stayed here a few times before, central location, clean, basic, good service, excellent value breakfast, value price. The hotel is connected to the Mercure Hotel and returning on a previous occasion, staff were happy for us to use the Bar area there. Only negative is the shower, the holder for the shower head is fixed, it cannot be directed, or lowered and one false move sends it crashing to the floor (whilst soaking the hair you've tried to keep dry, as there's no hairdryer).

Standard budget place, clean and functional. No sockets by the bed which was a bit of a drawback. Slightly confusing check in experience as i received a code from expedia to use in a check in machine, whereas actually the hotel shares reception staff with the mercure next door and there is no machine

We asked for a non smoking room at check in, once we opened te door the cigaret smell hit us. We went back to the reception and asked for a new room. The receptionist seemed a little upset but regardless she offered a new room and further help if needed. The second room smelled completely fine. As it was in April we found the rooms very cold and we had to stay in socks, jumpers and under the blanket. But for budget travel it fits the needs.

Clean hotel which is good value for money.
Hotel was as specified. The usual standard for an Ibis Budget hotel. Clean,comfortable, good size room. The surrounding area is a bit scruffy.

Easy to find, this Hotel is in a good location to explore the delights of Arles. Outwardly the Hotel looks a little dated. The garage was full so we had to park on the street - free between 18:00 & 09:00, otherwise it's a reasonably priced parking meter. Helpful friendly staff made the stay easy. For the money I would stay again.

Apart from location (walkablke distance from the train station and the city centre) there's nothing to recommend this hotel. Very dated. The exterior part visible from the window looks like it hasn't been cleaned since the hotel's opening. I'll most likely choose a pricier place next time just to avoid this atmosphere of decay
