"A beautiful gal checked us in. I don't remember her name but it was very pretty and started with a C. (Carmalia??) Before she assigned us a room, she asked our preferences, like which floor, close to the elevator, tub or shower? This was very appreciated!! She also explained the players club and showed us a map and was not hurried. She's definately a keeper!! Our room was very clean. Lots of pillows. Comfortable bed. Lots of lighting and storage. Microwave and fridge, coffee maker, bottled water, robe. Everything we needed. Our stay was very enjoyable except we didn't win! Lol Oh! And the shuttle from the train was great. A little miscommunication with RJ, but he was friendly and polite but Barbara got us all straightened out and was really on the ball! We'll definately be back!!"

"The first room we were assigned was dirty and there was a ton of garbage behind the table in between the beds. The hotel staff was not the most friendliest when checking out. The beds are NOT soft at all!! "

"Room was nice and well appointed. My only suggestion would be a mattress pad for the bed! (It was kind of hard and couldn’t get comfortable). Otherwise loved my stay! "

"When we arrived I felt as if the front counter staff was not really welcoming. They had no friendly personality, it’s like they hated their job. Our room was dirty there were a toy car on the floor a blue cap to a drink on the floor and a used water bottle. The extra blanket was dirty and had stain on it of orange. And some red color on the blanket. I called a head of time to make sure the hot tub was working and was told yes. I was surprised to find it up for maintenance as it was being cleaned. I do like that they clean it but it was an inconvenience as we only booked the room to use the hot tub. It did open after three hours. We also noticed the sign where no children under 16 allowed in the hot tub and it was packed with kids. Which is fine at a point but not when you can get in because there is no room. My stay could have been a lot better. This is not a place I will stay again. "
