« We reported a strong odor of heating fuel and the host dismissed our concerns to justify denying a refund without coming to the property in person despite living locally. VRBO did the right thing and refunded us but this host left us with a bad taste in our mouths and we will be careful about booking at any of his properties again. »

« Beautiful property great location on the river and back porch was great to sit out on, inside was clean and open well stocked kitchen. The kids had a great time playing in the river and catching small fish with their nets »

« Fantastic getaway(perfect location) for 2 longtime friends and their dogs! We did a couple of the local walks, Perch pond and the snowmobile trail in the mornings. Then off hiking for the day to multiple scenic locations throughout NH. On our final night while sitting on the deck. The sled dogs put on a few vocal symphonies with assistance from our dogs(Odie and Zoey) and a couple of Barred Owls. The house provided everything we were looking for and more. »

« We had a wonderful stay overall the stay was good very spacious for our family. The deck cushions need to be cleaned we were not able to sit out there at all. Also the basement to do laundry the dryer needs to be vented outside and there a lot of dead mice. »

« This was a perfect rustic place for me and my dog to stay while exploring the White Mountains, and there was a beautiful easy hike less than 10 minutes away! Plus there are restaurants and stores for whatever's needed. The rear deck overlooking the stream was really lovely, and the cabin was spacious. »

« This cottage is definitely cozy, along with having everything you could possibly need. The outdoor space is amazing as well, and everything is put together very nicely. Not to mention Joe and Donna are amazing hosts, they’re around to help with anything you could need during your stay! The area is great as well, very peaceful and quiet while having lake access and keeping you a close drive away from any essentials and fun activities in the area. »
