"Room was clean, but when they came to do service on the every other day they didn’t leave bath mats or wash cloths, cups were not replinished. Breakfast would have been nice to be included, most other properties I’ve stayed at it was complimentary. Otherwise a nice hotel."

"Entrance is blocked off with no signage to tell you to enter through what says is the exit. Staff didn't bother to tell us about the $10 credit to our room the 1st night, and when we found out on the 2nd night FROM THE SAME STAFFER THAT CHECKED US IN THE 1ST NIGHT, they did nothing about it. Pay for parking, pay a deposit, AND a 'destination fee'? This isn't an island beach..its a downtown city building."

"I booked this stay expecting a relaxing getaway based on the reviews, but unfortunately, it did not meet expectations. During my visit, the hotel was extremely overcrowded with large groups of teenagers, and there was no prior notice given. Because of this, we were unable to enjoy any of the amenities. The pool and hot tub were consistently packed with kids, even late into the night, which made it impossible to relax or use the facilities we specifically chose this hotel for. I was also frustrated with the lack of transparency regarding charges. Upon arrival, I was charged $75 without any explanation from the front desk, and later noticed an additional $43 charge that I did not authorize and still do not understand. Clear communication about fees should be standard. Overall, this was not the experience I expected, and I left feeling disappointed. I would not choose to stay here again unless there are improvements in crowd control, communication, and guest experience."

"The hotel was very clean. They seemed to have some issues or I would have given them five stars. But the staff was super nice. Courtney at the front desk was great! We absolutely loved her. I hope they do good by her because she is a keeper."
