"Kid friendly"

"First time staying at a Tru & we will be back. Quick check in; free coffee & tea all day. Room was small, but clean & everything you expect in a room. Don’t look for a dresser or an extra chair to sit in aside from the desk chair. Breakfast was adequate, had a meat, eggs, an automatic pancake maker (conveyor belt) & various bread products. Breakfast area transitions into a common area with board games & a pool table which was quite interesting. 24 hour fitness but no pool, but that actually helped the property be quieter & cleaner. Elevators were very very fast. Parking was plentiful & there were 4-6 EV chargers for those who need them. "

"We have stayed there for many years. This time there were a number of issues: no safe in the room, driveway and parking lot were basically rubble, uneven tile on the bathroom floor that we tripped on numerous times, shower curtain would not close, they only cleaned the room every three days, and we asked for sheets for the hide-away bed and they had stains on them,"

"We had several issues. We arrived Friday afternoon for my nephew's graduation. His parents arrived approximately 1:30 am Friday morning and was given Room 210. Upon arrival, we were given Room 212 and my son was given Room 211across from us. Entered Room 212, there was an odd odor, water marks on ceiling and some areas on wall. Toilet seat was peeling and walls dirty. The bathtub appeared to be recently renovated. However, the showerhead was recently replaced and mold from old showerhead. Room 211 was disgusting. behind bed water marks on wall and several areas on ceiling. bathroom was simply dirty. A horrible odor in the room. He told the front desk and Allelujay changed the room to Room 214. Again, same issues and bathroom tub was deplorable. My son took a pic, showed to Sean who had just come on duty. He was very accommodating and changed to Room 208. At that point, we were running late for graduation, rushed off. Once we returned, spoke with Sean, he apologized, and told us tomorrow morning, John, the assistant manager will be there when we checked out. I spoke with John and he said the manager Kim will be there on Tuesday and they were having a big meeting and our issues will be discussed. He promised I will hear from him. When booked, only business rooms were available Issue-- I was charged for a "Business Room" and John said he had never heard of the hotel having a business room. My wife and I have severe allergies. All we wanted was a good night sleep"

"Would have liked a hot breakfast"

"Breakfast does not offer much. The staff is very friendly. Carpet needs replacing but the place is clean."

"We attempted to visit the hotel. First we found out it was self check in. The area on the outside wasn't kept up, & in general looked disgusting. Very disappointed. We Did NOt even Stay. Decided to lose our money, & stay some place else."

"The hotel was clean and fine nothing to complain about. It was concerning the people walking around and to the back of the property. Make sure your car doors are locked and keep to yourself and check out and leave and it’s fine."
