Grocery 550 m, supermarket 4 km, restaurant 3 km, outdoor swimming pool 4 km, swimming bay 4 km. Golf course 25 km. Nearby attractions: Römermuseum 4 km, Dürnstein 10 km, Krems 7 km. Hiking paths: Wachau, Dunkelsteiner Wald.
5-room cottage 130 m2 on 3 levels. Bright, comfortable and wooden furniture furnishings: large entrance hall. Open dining room. Exit to the terrace. Open living room with 1 double sofabed, satellite TV, flat screen and tiled stove. Exit to the garden. 1 double bedroom. Open gallery. Exit to the balcony. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, electric coffee machine). Bath/shower, sep. WC, double hand-basin with corner bath. Underfloor heating. On the lower ground floor: 2 rooms. Exit to the garden. Upper floor: 1 large double bedroom with rooflight. Wooden floors. Balcony 10 m2, large terrace 15 m2. Terrace furniture, barbecue. Ferienhaus Fries in Mautern
Info im Internet entsprach nicht den vorgefundenen Gegebenheiten (5 Zimmer/2 Schlafzimmer). Das zweite Schlafzimmer im 1. Stock entpuppte sich als großer Abstellraum mit lediglich 2 Betten und Stapeln von Matratzen und Decken in den Abseiten . Weder gab es einen Kleiderschrank noch eine Kommode oder eine Lampe am Bett. Der Besitzer hat dann aufgrund unserer Beschwerde wenigstens einen Kleiderständer gebracht. Eine "Nachtischlampe" mußten wir aus dem ersten Schlafzimmer zur Verfügung stellen. Mit dem Provisorium haben wir uns im Endeffekt arrangiert. Das Haus selbst ist sehr schön und gepflegt. Aber in der Toilette sollte ein Waschbecken sein. Weiterempfehlen würden wir das Haus aber nicht. Der Preis, den wir zahlen mußten, war zu hoch!
