You will love to return to this comfy retreat after a day spent appreciating the charm of Dordogne. Enjoy the serene and relaxing environment before heading into Bergerac to appreciate the history and architecture of this charming town, along with the trendy shops and delicious restaurants. At the end of a wonderful day, soak up the sun in your private furnished garden area! Our lovely space comfortably accommodates 4 guests, but can sleep up to 6! Drift to sleep upstairs in the 1 BEDROOM, featuring a cozy Double bed. There's also a separate sleeping alcove with 1 Bunk bed. You'll find a Trundle bed in the living area to accommodate additional guests. Get ready for your day in the 1 BATHROOM. Bedroom and bathroom linens are included! After a day of exploring the city, retreat to our comfortable LIVING AREA. Curl up on the couch and watch your favourite movie on the TV (which may only offer French channels). In the early evening, step out onto the private balcony or terrace and enjoy the fresh air. In the KITCHENETTE you'll find a set of electric hobs, a microwave/grill, and a dishwasher. Start your morning with a cup of coffee, fresh from our in-suite coffee machine. Rent a raclette grill, fondue equipment, or an electric BBQ for your unit and make a delicious meal for your group. Our guests enjoy access to a number of excellent services and amenities at the Residence Le Clos des Vignes, where this split-level house is conveniently located! These include access to the games area with table tennis, the on-site fitness area, and the shared pool. If you're travelling by car, there is free parking available on-site (subject to availability). If you'd like to bring a pet, please let us know when booking and we may be able to accommodate them for an additional charge of €7/night (max. 2 pets). Please note that a small daily tourist tax per night and person will be collected upon arrival. This amount is subject to change. Please consult the local municipality for the exact amount based on your stay dates. A fully-refundable damage deposit of €400 will be collected upon arrival. End of stay cleaning: €65\.
