Les chambres manquent cruellement de modernisme (TV ancienne style cube et surtout pas de wifi dans les chambres mais uniquement à proximité de la réception) Personnel très poli et accueillant. It's a quiet location, with stunning rooms - which is a welcome change if you're staying mostly in guest houses or big resorts. « Séjour fantastique dans cet hôtel avec une vue à couper le souffle. L'hôtel est incroyablement situé, juste au dessus de la voie de chemin de fer, et à 5 minutes à pied de la rue principale d'Ella (ça grimpe pour revenir par contre). Superbe piscine, au calme et profitant de la vue. Le petit déjeuner est excellent. Les plats sont délicieux (parfois épicés, on est au Sri Lanka), ils servent aussi des cocktails, des lassi etc, et on a eu la chance d'inaugurer le stand de glaces ! Et le top du top...
