They included parking, and the room is big and clean. They also had free ice cubes and a lovely onsen that face to the seaview. The only thing is that there was a dead cockroach at my room entrance

First hotel ive been to where there was no in person attendant but wow this was a greay experience. Easy parking, clean, good location. And the room was HUGE. Excellent value for money. The rooftop onsen was decent, could be better but that was just a bonus.

This hotel is so far out of town that walking in to town isn’t really an option (at least a hour walk) and the buses only run every half hour. As for the room itself, when you enter the bottom of the stairwell, you can turn on the light at the bottom but not the top. So you have to walk up into pitch black and use a flashlight to find the light switch at the top. The room barely cooled off, even with us blasting the AC units. Other than that, the rooms were nice and the onsen had a very pretty view.

The hotel was great and had your own parking, but not walking distance from anything; however very close driving distance to tourist spots. Location of the hotel is right next to the expressway entrance to either go to Oita or Yufuin, your like in the middle. Overall excellent hotel!!

Stay away from this hotel: no person in the front desk; the heat was not working (-2 Celsius); no one answered the phone for customer service … worst nightmare for my stay in a foreign country that only a few persons speak English. I will try to dispute the charges for my stay. I was disappointed that Expedia didn’t step in to help!! Very frustrating and un-professional

部屋は清潔感があり、こどもたちもとても気に入っていてよかったです。ただチェックインの時だけ、 ・駐車場は何番に停めれば良いのか？ ・どこから入ればよいのか？ がエクスペディアに掲載がないためわからず、張り紙に書いてあった携帯番号にかけさせていただきました。その際、通話の対応がとても感じがよく助かりました。

アメニティの歯ブラシがなくて、2日目のアメニティにはありました。 部屋ごとの駐車場が子ども連れにはとても便利でたすかりました。 部屋は、広くとても清潔でした。 子どもずれだったのですが，騒音も気にしなくてすみ，静かで快適に過ごすことができました。 スタッフの対応もとてもよかったです。別府に来る時は、またこのホテルを利用したいです。

リーズナブルな宿を探してこちらのホテルに泊まりました。お部屋の中はとても清潔感が有りました。屋上の温泉も綺麗でした。ホテル内通路側の扉が重みで閉まる感じてなくしっかり自分で閉める扉になってて、開いたままでした。気が付かなかったらそのままでしたのでちょっとゾッとしました。ヘア側のドアにも鍵を付けてほしいです。アメニティ、タオルなど沢山準備されてました。連泊旅行の時は又利用したいと思います。

Tudo ok no entanto a porta anterior não tinha tranca achei um pouco estranho. De resto estava tudo ok e a vista para a cidade do banho quente era excelente. As câmeras do quarto estão um bocadinho mal precisam de serem trocadas. Dava jeito também haverem talheres de frigideira para podermos cozinhar no fogão que existe. Longe para quem vai transporte mas se tiver carro é perfeito porque pode estacionar e não tem que pagar mais por isso.

ちょっと広めの部屋にアップグレードして頂いた様でしたが、部屋入口までが階段で不自由な為、連絡したところ快諾頂き、最上階にアップグレードして貰えました。ラブホテル街ですが、ICから近く、トライアルも近く、地獄巡りにも便利でした。

洗面所、浴室のお湯が出ず、電話で問い合わせるとキッチンのお湯を出してみてと言われ、出したら出ました。その後試したら浴室も洗面所も出始め、安心してお風呂に入るも、シャワーはぬるいお湯しか出ず、しかもシャワーヘッドの穴は5分の1は塞がって水圧も弱く、寒くて大変でした。5分くらい浴槽側のお湯を出し続けたらようやく熱いお湯が出始めましたが、こちらの水圧もかなり弱く、なかなかたまりませんでしたがなんとか腰くらいまで溜めてあたたまりました。30分後に家族がはいると、またお湯が出なくなっており、結局大浴場へ行ってもらいました。この点だけは本当にどうか改善していただきたいと思いました。お部屋はきれいでした。
