« Very well appointed and very clean. Great lake view and quiet neighborhood. We used it as a base from which we toured the Traverse City area. There are 2 great local restaurants on M22 with outstanding customer service. »

« Older cottage in need of updates. Well equipped, kitchen nicely renovated. Baths need work; sink clogged, tiny sinks and older cabinets. Beautiful outdoor space on lake, but tables, chairs and grille very dirty. No AC, but the four large fans had to be cleaned before using. Front door very hard to open as it was warped. Couches were old, but queen bed was nice and comfortable . Windows old and dirty. Dining room chairs need replacing. »

« This cottage is lovely and clean. We enjoyed sitting on the dock with our coffee/cocktails. It was windy while we were there, so we didn't go in the water. The lake is shallow for quite a way out and has a sand bottom. It is located a few minutes from downtown Frankfort. Beautiful location. »
