Belz - Loue Handicap accessible handicapped house with baby equipment - South Brittany House for 8 people on 525 m² of land. Completely adapted and accessible with a wheelchair. Large main room of 50 m² including an equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, etc.) and central island open to the living room and lounge with fireplace. 3 bedrooms (1 electric 160 bed (2 x 80), 1 160 bed, 1 140 bed + mezzanine with 2 single beds) all equipped with a large closet. Handicapped accessible bathroom, with 1 walk-in shower, adapted toilet, 2 sinks, one of which is handicapped accessible and a bathtub. Cellar with washing machine, table and iron, 2 toilets, 1 of which is separate. Terrace with garden table and chairs, barbecue. 3 private parking spaces. Close to the sea 7 km. Disabled accessible beach with landscaped floor and armchair for the sea 10 km away (August). Close to all shops 1.5 km (supermarket and small town center). Tourist corner. Near the Gulf of Morbihan. Weekly rate: 630 € to 750 € depending on period. Tourist tax package of 45 € per week (package). More photos on request. Promotional price at 650 € from 29/06 to 06/07/18 and from 24/08 to 07/09/18.

Maison très bien équipée, surtout pour les enfants/bébé (lit, chaise, pot, baignoire, jeux ..), rien à redire niveau cuisine très fonctionnelle et avec beaucoup d'équipements. Pour l'extérieur transat, BBQ gaz et pétanque ou palet bretons assurent une bonne après-midi. Les chambres sont très spacieuses et confortables, et la salle de bain agréable . Très bon séjour dans cette maison ! Pour l'extérieur transat avec BBQ et possibilité de faire des jeux

Ein tolles Haus in einer tollen Umgebung
Wir waren jetzt schon zweimal zu Besuch. Das Haus ist gut für zwei befreundete Familien oder große Familien geeignet. Das Haus ist super sauber und super ausgestattet. Das Wohnzimmer lädt zu gemütlichen Familienabenden ein. Die Nachbarn sind auch alle sehr nett. In direkter Nähe gibt es sehr viel zu erleben und zu entdecken. Wir hatten einen sehr netten Kontakt mit unserer Gastgeberin, obwohl unser Französisch nicht besonders gut ist. Ich denke wir werden nicht das letzte mal da gewesen sein!
