Hairdryer did not work. I ordered an omelette because it said it was offered free if ordered at breakfast, but they just replied OK and never brought it, but offered it to other customers who ordered it later.

Gostamos muito de nos hospedar no Promenade Pancetti BH. Tivemos um bom atendimento desde a entrada no hotel. Inclusive, tanto o check-in quanto o check-out foram rápidos. Ficamos no 5°andar e o quarto era muito amplo, com sacada, sala de estar, uma pequena cozinha, com talheres, pratos e copos. Banheiro espaçoso mas com algumas questões como: chuveiro pingando o tempo todo e as paredes estão com uma espécie de tapumes de madeira, parece que estão fazendo obra no prédio todo então acredito que daqui um tempo isso seja alterado. Em relação ao quarto, gostamos bastante. Cama macia, tamanho Queen, ar-condicionado funcionando, TV com imagem um pouco distorcida, apesar de ter TV à cabo instalada. Em relação a limpeza, tudo limpinho. Camareiras muito simpáticas e passavam pela manhã perguntando se gostaríamos de serviço de quarto. Quanto ao café da manhã, ele é servido no Bistrô que tem ao lado do hotel mas há uma passagem internada do hotel até o local. Não tem tanta coisa assim no café da manhã mas o que oferecem é muito bom e gostoso. Todos os dias oferecem praticamente as mesmas coisas. Os pães de queijo, que não podem faltar em MG, são maravilhosos!! O hotel também possui piscina e academia. Em relação ao local em que o hotel se encontra, há um custo-benefício muito bom. Ele fica em um dos bairros nobres de BH e tem algumas coisas ao redor. Para quem gosta de caminhar, o Shopping Pátio Savassi fica a cerca de 10 min. Tem alguns bares por perto e, como chegamos em uma quinta-fe
