"Excellent location, but the decor was a bit outdated or worn off. The clock in my room was blinking (not reset), and one of two lamps by the bed side was completely unplugged ~ likely used by the previous guest to charge their phone. The lady who was checking me in was behaving in a bid odd manner (asked if I need to use a restroom while waiting for check-in). She volunteered to share an incorrect information with me about certain laws in CA, or at least San Mateo county. However, the information was 100% incorrect. "

"The staff was so friendly upon greeting us! It makes such a difference when you walk in to a hotel and the staff is welcoming! There was spa water and coffee available. The maintenance man helped my daughter set up her computer so she could work on her homework while we sat poolside. Close to restaurants and ice cream. "

"A little confusing finding the shuttle. Property is big and connected to a restaraunt. Clean rooms. "

"The room was nice enough. The bathroom was small compared to the two other rooms and in need of upgrading, especially the shower. Bothled water needed in room"

"Property overall is good. Some of paking area is rough. Shower curtain was unacceptable Main issue with room is the side salad dish bathroom sink. All this said, i stay there often."

"The coffee service inside my junior suite was laughable. That’s not a cup of coffee. The espresso machine is fine as a 2nd option, but having a large mug of coffee is what most travelers want. I had to call for multiple refill pods, and even then they brought me the decaf pods."

"They charge you $50 to park your car in their garage per day. And if you show up two hours early before the 3 pm check-in time, don't worry, that's another $20. The room is tiny, the TV miniature (only 10 channels!), and the AC barely does anything. We were sweating all night while laying on a hard, uncomfortable bed. DO NOT STAY HERE!!"
