"We stayed for one week with 6 adults and 2 children under age 2. The house was the perfect set up for our family. We loved the screened in porch! The kitchen was very well stocked. There was a nice wagon we could use for the kids. I would definitely recommend this home and the surrounding area is perfect. It's close enough to everything you need. Joanna and Nicole the property manager were both very responsive. Check in and check out instructions were very clear. The only inconvenience we had was the instant heater attached to the hot water heater kept losing power so we had some cold showers to start the week. Nicole did show us how to turn it back on so we did have hot water but it was just inconvenient. I'm sure it will be taken care of before renting again, but would recommend confirming. We definitely enjoyed our stay."

"Wonderful property. Built in late 1800’s with recent add ons. Lots of room great amenities. Very quiet and only 7 minutes from downtown Frankfort. "
