"Spillway has everything!! Secure contactless entry, beautiful and comfortable rooms. Amenities are numerous: large walk in shower, full kitchen. Full deck share with 4 units, outside chairs and fire pit, use of free kayaks and bikes. A putting green and a bago game set up. Fitness center. This and a brief walk to town. The owners are a delight and very accommodating. A perfect vacation ❤️ Bellaire has fabulous restaurants and is 20 mins to Torch Lake. 30 mins to the Jordan River for tubing or kayaking. "

"We enjoyed our stay. The pictures were an accurate representation of the property. Everything was clean and well kept. The hosts were super responsive and quick to answer. Finding the pool/beach was confusing to me but they quickly directed me on where to go when I asked. We also weren't required to do any type of clean up before leaving. This was a first for me with using travel sites. Bonus points for that.Only critiques would be that the bathroom door was super hard to shut and open. Almost like the door is too big for the frame and the soap in the bathroom was watered down. Overall, I would recommend this condo. The price is affordable for the area and the hosts are A."

"Very clean and enjoyable. Had everythong we needed and some things we didnt know we needed. Pool was only a few steps away. Parking super close and it is very close to the Lakeview Hotel."

"My wife and I had a fantastic stay at the Park Street Inn! The inn is beautifully maintained, cozy, and full of charm. The rooms are spotless and comfortable, and breakfast was absolutely delicious. The owners are incredibly welcoming and helpful making you feel right at home from the moment you arrive. They even went out of their way to ship home some important items we accidentally left behind. Can’t wait to come back—highly recommend!"

"Ample parking for our car & boat trailer. Fully stocked kitchen. Huge family room with beautiful windows overlooking the water. Large, private lot - great for yard games! Individual a/c units in each living space were fantastic. Comfortable furniture & bedding. Gas grill & washer/dryer were a bonus. The dock was a great spot to moor our boat and enjoy a cup of coffee/glass of wine."
