This home is a mountain biker's dream access to some of the best trails in Northwest Arkansas located .5 mile away. Located just minutes away from Tunnel Vison, part of the Little Sugar trail system. With over 40 miles of trails, the Little Sugar trail system offers adventure lovers the perfect opportunity to explore the beauty of NWA.  
  
Indulge in contemporary comfort within this recently renovated home, where modern amenities await you. Unwind in the ample living room, furnished with a plush couch and a 58-inch smart TV equipped with your favorite streaming apps. Adjacent to it is a charming dining area, accommodating up to four guests. The kitchen is fully equipped, boasting an array of essentials such as pots, pans, baking sheets, utensils, a blender, and even a Keurig coffee machine for your culinary endeavors.  
  
The bedrooms exude coziness and tranquility. One bedroom features a luxurious king-size bed, an en suite bathroom, and a 46-inch smart TV for your entertainment pleasure. The other bedroom offers a comfortable queen-size bed. A full bathroom is conveniently situated in the hallway for the queen bedroom. Additionally, a laundry area with a full-size washer and dryer is at your disposal for added convenience.  
  
Retreat to the peaceful ambiance of the back patio, surrounded by serene trees, providing the perfect spot to take a breather.  
  
Arriving at the property is a breeze, as you'll have secure and effortless access through an electronic keypad. The upper area of the house is exclusively yours, excluding an owner's closet located in the carport. The covered carport can accommodate a small to mid-sized car, and there is ample space in the driveway for additional vehicles.  
  
Please be aware that this home features a separate guest suite in the basement, accessible solely through an exterior door. This area operates as an independent rental unit. If you have a larger group, you may consider renting both spaces for a more extensive accommodation.
