Everything about this Urban experience, from location to amenities, layout, and perks, have been carefully and thoughtfully designed. The Space: The open-concept living room offers comfortable seating and a streaming-ready smart TV with a sound bar. The fully stocked kitchen features new appliances and all the essentials for cooking meals or hosting a small gathering. The second floor includes a balcony with a bartop—perfect for morning coffee or evening cocktails. You’ll also enjoy an indoor/outdoor studio garage and lounge equipped with Cycloc bike mounts, a Park Tool repair stand, and an exterior bike wash station. The home sleeps up to 8 guests, with each bedroom featuring luxurious linens and urban artwork. There are 3.5 pristine bathrooms stocked with plush towels and bath essentials. Two driveway parking spaces are provided, with additional street parking available. A full floor plan, including bedroom and bathroom layout, can be found at the end of our listing photos. Rental Fee: 100% of the reservation will be charged to your payment method at booking confirmation. Security Deposit: For direct bookings only, an authorization hold (security deposit) of $250 will be placed on your payment method upon check-in. You won’t be charged, but the hold means that you won’t be able to access these funds until the hold is released. As long as no property damage occurs during your stay, we’ll initiate a release of the hold placed on your card 7 days after your checkout. Cancelation Policy: Bookings canceled at least 30 days before check in will receive a 100% refund minus a nonrefundable 3% charge to cover credit/debit card processing fees. Bookings canceled at least 14 days before check in will receive a 50% refund minus a nonrefundable 3% charge to cover credit/debit card processing fees. No refunds will be processed within 14 days of check in. Pre-Check In Requirements: As a professional vacation rental company, we do require our guests to upload an acceptable government-issued photo ID for additional identity verification and sign our terms & conditions agreement on our guest portal, which is where you will be able to view your check in instructions upon completion of pre-check-in requirements. We really enjoyed the location of this house. It was an easy walk or ride to the square. It was clean. The has a basket of snacks and some wine/beer/water available. They had everything we needed for our stay. The beds are a firm memory foam. The sheets and bedding was soft and comfortable. The front bedroom stays relatively bright at night so if that bothers you I would suggest bringing an eye mask for sleeping. My kids really enjoyed the first level with the Pac-Man floor and the Murphy bed. The weather was perfect to have the garage door open and enjoy the indoor/outdoor space. The hosts were very quick to respond to any messages I sent them. We would definitely rent this home again in the future! ##### Jenni C. The location is excellent. The house is well-designed and very modern. The art is selected and displayed in a way that will make you think that you're staying at Chrystal Bridges! The first-floor garage has been turned into a game room / 3rd bedroom and is very cool. The other bedrooms are on the 3rd floor with more living space and kitchen on the 2nd floor. Great biking amenities like wash station, bike rack and maintenance station. There are some really cool places just a few blocks away; The Witching Hour (1/2 block) is a must, Heroes Coffee, The Hub, Rope Hounds to name a few. Major trail system seems to be just on the other side of down town maybe a 5-10 minute ride to the Slaughter Pen. Will definitely be back! ##### Earl G.
