"The location of the house is very good. Close to eating and shopping but also located in a quiet area. The kitchen is the best equipped kitchen I have encountered. There is a claw foot tub in the master bathroom that is amazing!! There has been a lot of thought put into addressing any need you might have. Would highly recommend this house for your stay."

"Needed a place to stay to scout out Bentonville and Bella Vista for biking and fun stuff to do. Downtown Bentonville was great, lots to do, great breweries and biking. The house was perfect for our needs. The great location was great, took the backyard hike to go see the waterfall and that was the highlight of the trip. We had six couple stay and had no complaints. The house was updated and had everything we needed. No complaints at all. "
