Our retreat backs up to the Tunnel Vision trail and allows you to bike in/out. We are only 5 mins from the Little Sugar and Back Forty trailheads. All eight of Bella Vista’s golf courses nearby. We really liked the comfortable couches and the view out the back windows too.Vacation rentals have been popular long enough that our family has had the opportunity to see a number of different properties. I appreciated the window coverings and reliable central heat and air/ hot water but I would have appreciated a little more cleanliness and some things to do at the house like interesting books, music player, fire pit, etc.This is an updated older home centrally located on a quiet Bella Vista street. If you can stay here for the price of a nearby standard hotel then it’s worth it. Make sure to visit Tanyard Creek nature area and the Mildred B Cooper Chapel if you have never been to either. Both are real close and a must see in Bella Vista. The nearby country club restaurant is pretty good too if you need something to eat and don’t want to drive far. ##### Blake E. Séjour de 3 nuits en janvier 2025 ### 10/10 – Excellent #### Tony W. 29 janv. 2025 Points forts : Propreté #### Long Weekend Getaway We wanted to get away from Iowa for a few days and ride and hike. We easily got to Coler for coffee and some singletrack. Got to ride another 5.5 mile trail and ate at multiple places within 10 min from the house.
