We are 700 steps from the North entrance of Blowing Springs Park, the Razorback Greenway & the Back40. Our clean and beautiful, custom built, spacious 5-bedroom Bella Vista home is your NWA adventure base! We are in south BV, close to Bentonville & Slaughter Pen area. Near Dogwood, Kingsdale, Country Club golf & beautiful Pinion Creek Falls.  
  
Enjoy our large, private, wooded, west-facing two level deck with firepit, BBQ, & sunset views.  
  
3 king beds, game room, bunk room, & amazing kitchen. Equipped bike garage.  
  
We are at the end of a secluded, wooded, scenic cul-de-sac. Our house is serene and comfortable!  
  
Our two level home is perched on a wooded ridge with a west-facing double-level deck. Enjoy the world class mountain biking and hiking trails of Bella Vista and Bentonville, just around the corner. Perfect for mountain bikers, hikers, golfers and families, our home blends convenience, comfort, and natural beauty, making it the ideal base for exploring NWA’s vibrant trail systems, golf courses, and outdoor attractions.  
  
Walk or bike from our door to Blowing Springs Park and Greenway and the Back 40 trail in minutes. From there, connect to hundreds of miles of Bella Vista and Bentonville’s renowned mountain biking trails, including Bella Vista’s Little Sugar and Bentonville’s huge Slaughter Pen, just a short ride down the Razorback Greenway.  
  
Prefer hiking? Blowing Springs’ trails wind through the lush forest, limestone bluffs and a crystal-clear stream, with the park’s Gear Garden, food trucks, and live music adding to the natural attractions.  
  
Golfers will love being within 5 miles of three of Bella Vista’s seven premier courses—Dogwood (closest), Kingsdale and Country Club.

This place fit our needs perfectly. It was clean and the one issue we had was resolved quickly. The Owners were very quick to respond. Our family loved the Ping Pong and Foosball table. The location was great as well. I would stay again.
