Nice hotel with friendly staff

It was a business trip. I stayed at Hotel Garni City Code Vizura for one night , but it was very comfortable and pleasant place to stay. The staff was very friendly all the time. One more opportunity of this hotel is shuttle from the airport, so you don't have to worry about how to get to the hotel late in the evening .

Iskallt rum

Ok skick på hotellet, men rummet höll ca 15 grader, och värmen fungerade inte. Absolut ingenting finns i närheten, frukosten var nästan obefintlig.

Oproffsigt bemötande

Står att hotellet har spa & erbjuder massage på rummet, samt tofflor & badrockar ska finnas på rummet - stämmer ej, fanns inget av detta. Fick inte heller något proffsigt första intryck/bemötande. Hotellet hade inte fått vår betalning från expedia och sa då att vi skulle betala igen, trots uppvisande av kvitto på betalningen. Sedan blev vi "tvingade" att betala en deposition tills de fått tag på expedia, tillslut fick vi tillbaka depositionen och det löste sig. 02:00 på natten gick brandlarmet, ingen i personalen hörde utan vi fick springa ned o säga till. Då går de till proppskåpet och slår av de, med förklaringen att "någon röker på rummet". Tittar inte ens om det brinner någonstans, utan går tillbaka till festen som pågick. 02:30 går det igen, samma sak då. Vi går o säger till igen, får då till svar att det "inte är deras problem". Hotellet arrangerade nyårsfest nere i restaurangen, när vi kom tillbaka till rummet från en lunch så hade de gått in i vårat rum (utan vår vetskap) och tagit en stol. Otroligt besviken på personalen redan från start. Först fungerade inte värmen i rummet och sedan var det bara jättevarmt hela tiden. Annars var rummet ok.

Hotel carino vicino alla zona "Zemun" dei locali

Stanza piccola ma ordinata e pulita. Richeisti due letti singoli, ma presentati attaccati in quanto non c'era spazio. Colazione ok, personale gentile. Da considerare che si trova però a 9 km dal centro (costo del taxi per andare in centro: 1000 dinari).
