I was in a room directly next to the elevators and the sound of them going up and down all day and all night have me a migraine. It did my head in. I could barely sleep and ruined my day. 8 also was put into an accessible room which was challenging as I don't require it and everything was incredibly sorry with cords everywhere. Great if you need it, terrible if you don't. All I wanted was a quiet room and all I got was nose.

Nice hotel in the heart of Belfast. Not an issue with the hotel, but if driving in Belfast, know it is one of the more difficult cities to navigate due to many one-way streets - e.g. to get to hotel parking which is less than a 5 minute walk is a driving adventure :-) However, there is good public transportation

Lovely hotel in an ideal spot. Staff were lovely. Only issue was temperature, as he weather was warm, the landing lobby area was very warm! Other than that, excellent!

This hotel is central however is not clean and in poor disrepair. My toilet seat was broken for 3 days, the shower leaked all over the bathroom floor, walls, headboard and curtains were marked and stained and the air conditioning unit is not available overnight leaving the room Unbearable. Not an option to open windows due to noise from bars outside the window
