"In a whirlwind tour of colleges in Maine we needed a place to stay with our family. James is home was welcoming and warm, clean and cozy! Great location and our only complaint is that we wish we could have stayed longer!"
"We stayed here for a fall wedding in Winterport. Cabin was great for my family and loved being closer to Belfast. The rocky beach in front of cabin is great to explore. We found the place to be very clean and the mattresses to be comfortable. It’s a quick 5 minute drive to town. We would stay here again!"
"The property was exactly as represented. It has all the basic necessities. The location was perfect. Right on the lake so we could do our ice fishing right from the porch. Check in and out was easy. The only small downside was the parking. I have a suburban so there was not a lot of space in front of the cottage for it to fit and be completely off the road. I was a little nervous it would get clipped by someone driving by."
"The hotel is on the water. Our room had a beautiful view. The staff was pleasant, the room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was very good. I would return to this hotel and I recommend it to others. "

"The house was a perfect place for the 10 of us to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary. The 3 master suites worked out very well for our 2 adult daughters and spouses. Our 4 grand children had their choices of bedrooms and had plenty of space to play. The lower level theater room had ample floor space for games and watching iPads. We loved the spacious & well equipped kitchen. The large kitchen table easily accommodated the families at mealtime."
"My sister and I stayed around the corner from our aunt and uncle. We bought things at the co-op but mostly ate with family. It was nice to sit downstairs one evening and watch a Netflix show. Coffee in the morning was easy and the bathroom had just what I needed. The best part was the comfortable bed and quiet location. And the ease of communicating with the host. Definitely will stay there again in the future."
