« Our room never got cleaned »

« We have stayed at this hotel several times but it now is owned by Wyndham. They did renovate the guest rooms which seem larger and have more of a suite type feel but the one thing that really needs to be addressed is the lighting in the rooms. We had two rooms rented, both did not have any overhead lighting in the kitchenette area, living area and the sink area of the bathroom, just lamps throughout. Other than that, it is a nice place to stay, reasonably priced, we would definitely come...

Les chambres sont tres grandes, propres, avec air conditionné et il y a des restaurants et un supermarché à proximité. Je regrette que la télécommande ne fonctionnait pas et n'ait pas été réparée pendant les 3 jours malgré mes demandes. »

« Bel hotel calme et personnel aimable. Chambres spacieuses et lits confortables. Vaisselle entièrement jetable au petit dejeuner, idem produits de salle de bain, cela meriterait plus d'eco-reponsabilité. »

« The cinnamon rolls were not soft. The toilets in 2 of our 3 rooms didn't flush and had to have the stopper pulled after each use. One coffee machine was out of order. Otherwise, nice stay and great location for our activities. They also deactivated our key cards early before checkout which caused one party to get locked out of their room. »

« This was such a beautiful step back in history with luxury and romance. The beds were pillow top but not memory foam, which we appreciated. The little amenities of bath robes, kuerig machine, extremely soft sheets and even a make-up washcloth (not just wipes like other hotels) were wonderful! The history all around inside the hotel was an experience in itself, then add all the shops from flowers, spa, boutique, even a bridal shop.
