As a precious Innkeeper/owner of a 5 star property in Canada I will say I had Déjà vu and loved staying here - Elliot is a consummate host and his attention to detail shows throughout - Proeprty is immaculate, amenities are great, rooms are spacious and well appointed and breakfast was delish. We are booking for 2027! This is a must place to stay and quick walk to all P-town has to offer

Amazing stay- would return!

Beautiful, small property in the heart of Provincetown. Walking distance to the main street area.

It was amazing. The house is extremely cute, comfortable and perfectly located in the centre of Provincetown. The host was very welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and varied. It was a very unique and unforgettable experience.

The property was great and room was great. We had the Collette room which was at back of the property that had access to a nice little patio. The place was quite even with others staying in thr property. The one feedback I would say is that leading up to the stay, there was a lot of phone calls, text, email and messages which made it a bit overwhelming. Lovely!

This B&B is located minutes from the pier and central to everything. We had to park 2 blocks away, but we never once had to use the car during our stay. We had access to 2 decks and the staff are all very friendly and cheerful. The only downside is that the rooms are not well sound insulated.
