« Staff was very nice and friendly when we arrived, not so much when we turned our keys in when we left. Floor in room wasn't the cleanest but nothing huge or major just a little dirt that was dragged in. »

« The window had a pull down shade that we could see through from our room, which means people could probably see through into our room. There were drapes that were not meant to be pulled completely shut. I tried to close in other ways but we were not able to. We did not feel safe because of this. To go along with safety, there was only the main lock on the door. You could see where there used to be another safety lock higher up, but it had been removed.
