"A man came out and never introduced himself. Asked who I was and if I had a reservation. Asked for my card number, then said “key in the room”. This was my only contact. There was 1 lamp that didn’t light up the room. There was a ceiling light but in the evening over the bed it wasn’t a good choice. So we left the bathroom light on. There was a bucket under the bathroom sink to catch water. However, the room was clean, the bed was clean, the water was hot and the shower head was nice. So if you don’t want any frills, no conversation with the owner, and simply a place to lay your head, then this place was ok."

"The location on the water was the best part of this inn. The view from the room was beautiful. The three star rating is due to the amenities. The pool water was freezing cold, the hallway smelled of smoke (there were people smoking in their rooms and the smell came into the hallway) and the stairs to the room were steep and hard to carry luggage down. The room itself was clean."
