Friendly staff & Comfortable Location
This wasn't a "planned ahead" stay and could have been a nightmare with my family... but right when we walked in the door, we felt at ease & we were taken care of. Thanks to the friendly staff and cozy/warm location! Brkfst was defin a plus!

Surprised by BW
The hotel was budget friendly and still very accommodating. We don’t normally stay at BW but we enjoyed it and would stay here again.

The property is not well maintained, housekeeping is inconsistent, carpets and furniture are dirty. Shower is stingy with the water.

Great staff
The staff was very nice and went out of their way to help. Thanks. Breakfast was hot (eggs/meat/maybe potatoes) as well as bagels, muffins, and yogurt.

We checked in. First room had water on bathroom floor(leak from somewhere). Moved to second room...no water pressure in shower and shower would not drain...standing in calf deep water ! Left, asked for refund but was given the run around until Monday, when manager declined the refund. This was our place to stay when in Orange, but not anymore.

2023 Arizona Trip
Very comfortable large room, bed and bedding was perfect. When we got to our room the heat did not work and the manager was super courteous about putting us in different one that was toasty warm. Breakfast was basic but just what we expect.

I guess it was just bad luck this time but room 124 where I stayed needs some improvements. There was irritating smell and I saw a dead cockroach in the bathroom, which made the large spider on the ceiling less of a problem. The pillows were small. It was quiet and convenient though.
