"I was impressed with the property owner? / manager? I hadn't heard about some of the check-in details and was a little nervous. I sent an email and had a response in less than 10 minutes with all of the details I needed as well as contact information for when I was on the road. It is a nice place and I really appreciated the quick response."

"Our family really enjoyed our stay at this adorable house. The space was super clean and updated. Robin left us all kinds of treats and goodies. The space is a downstairs apartment with 2 other units above. We really enjoyed meeting the neighbors. We were able to walk to the lake a few blocks over and it is a walkable distance to all the downtown restaurants and City Beach. I would recommend contacting the host directly for any listing questions. We were very satisfied and will return again!...

"My husband and I love this apartment! We’ve stayed here twice now. It is very clean and quiet. The mattress is very comfortable, which we appreciate since we don’t usually sleep well away from home. Not the case here! We always sleep well and wake refreshed. There’s a living area with plenty of room to relax and even a balcony with views nearby mountains. It is located close to many amenities and restaurants if you don’t want to cook. I highly recommend staying here next time you visit Sandpoint...

"We loved our stay, it was exactly what we wanted. The host was great and accommodating. The only suggestion we have would be a pantry cabinet or something like that. We like to "move in" at our rentals, and didn't really have room for our food in the cabinets, so we kept most of our food in one of our travel boxes. Not a huge deal, wouldn't keep us from coming back."

"Overall we had a really great time. The communication was great. The beds were comfortable. Lots of room. Going up and down was a little much but was expected. Swimming was fun. Jet skiing was fun. Could not use kayak because it was missing the paddle. I had to clean and sweep off all outside areas before we could use them. Keep in mind only 1 tv in the main room but thanks to a previous review we knew and prepared but was so busy we never really watched tv. We had a great time."
