The furniture, mattresses and linens are well overdue for replacement. There is a new stove and one TV but no Netflix. The house needs a real good cleaning to get rid of cobwebs and dust found under beds. The front patio is very nice with plenty of furniture and a couple of beach chairs and umbrellas to use. The washer and dryer work well which was good because we were only given one bath towel each for the week. It’s a sweet house but needs some TLC. ##### Lisa S. It included everything we needed from sheets on the beds, towels, and beach chairs. Perfect for a beach vacation as it’s a quick walk from the ferry and not far from delicious seafood restaurants and vacation shops.
